What is this term 'Kaizen Certification' or Kaizen training?

Im not aware of this certification or its importance in the professional fields. Have a bunch of courses being offered about this thing but I wana know what it is before taking one. Thanks !

The kaizen is a japanese philosophy  of the work and it means improvement.

The kaizen focuses on continuous improvement throughout all aspects of life. When applied to the workplace, Kaizen activities continually improve all functions of a business, from manufacturing to management and from the CEO to the assembly line workers.By improving standardized activities and processes, Kaizen aims to eliminate waste.

No matter where you work you will need to improve to be more productive. So i suggest you to take this course.
