What is this thing on my skin? PLEASE HELP!!?

i had a band-aid covering a pimple last night, i took it off and there was something where the adhesive part was there is something skin tone, and it looks like there is oil in there. do i pop it? it doesn't hurt...plz help!!

Probably just a mark from the bandaid, will go away in couple of hours.

just leave it alone popping it would make ur skin worse. put a hot damp towel on your face before you go to sleep

You should be more descriptive. I think you should ask your doctor. I am not sure. It is probably an infection.
