  1. Both caffeine and nicotine have strong effects on blood vessels and nerve endings. Often people who suffer from migraines will use a small amount of caffeine with their medication as the caffeine helps to open up blood vessels that may be restricted and thought to be part of the cause of their headaches. i would say as a first step for you you need to give up or at least seriously cut back on the amount of caffeine you drink. in addition to the previous reason coffee is also a diuretic which means it expedites the removal of fluid from your body(which is why you have to pee more when you drink it) and can dehydrate you. if you give up the caffeine and cigarettes and work on hydrating yourself and are still having problems then you need to be evaluated by a DR.

  2. It could be an alien, growing and festering, eating your brain waiting for the perfect time to bust out of your face.  When you kiss your boyfriend it will latch onto his face and insert it's proboscis deep in his nasal cavity and lay it's filthy eggs.

Seriously tho, sharp pains in your head is not good.  You can go to the emergency room and by law they have to treat you even if you have no money or insurance.  You'll end up with a whopper of a bill but hey welcome to america.

  3. similar happened to me, STOP stressing, cut down on coffee,  you have got to eat better if your on meds. i kept scratching and some hair fell out,so i bought a shampoo called nizoral for dandruff and my head felt better in days. but you have to stop getting stressed if you really want to help yourself take a deep breathe, life is what you make it so enjoy

  4. that sounds so harsh.. i get a lot of stuff like that but it's totally different it's the worst thing ever.. that's all i can say.. i just hope you do well

  5. It sort of sounds like a pinched nerve. Try taking some Tylenol or Advil for a few days and see if it improves. Also, get a new pillow and try to get some extra rest.
