What is this tiny orange worm-like bug? I'm freaked out!?

in the past week, i've had 3 occurences with this little bug. at first i thought it might be a flea larva, but i checked my cats and dogs and they don't have fleas & are even being treated with frontline as a precaution. it is very, very tiny, maybe a little less than a centimeter in length, and it's a light orangey/yellow. it has no obvious head or tail or body segments, and it just sort of squirms, doesn't walk, crawl, or jump or fly or anything. it looks like it would just be a little orange flake until you see it move. the first instance with it was when i was walking outside barefoot, and one or two latched on to my foot. a week later, at a completely different house in a different state, i saw one on my white shirt just kind of squirming when i came inside from being out with the dogs. and today, i just got out of the car and was walking into the house when i felt it bite me on my arm. it's a white, slightly raised bite with no blood or anything and it doesn't itch. PLEASE HELP

I Would also like to know the same thing. I was in my friends van looking at my nails, and all the sudden I see a very very tiny tiny small orange like worm? Not sure what the heck it is but it’s scared the c**p out of me! Now I have no idea where it came from. I’ve been thinking about it all day? Please tell me so I can stop worrying about it.

i saw the same thing in my beb room
