What is this type of eyeliner called?

it comes in a little tub and you use an eyeliner brush to apply a thin on on the eyelid

what is this called and if you could provide links to where i could buy it online (please no super expensive brand for older women im 15)

gel eyeliner

well i bought two stila smudge pots in black&brown

and NEVER used it.

personally i don't like it, it comes out like charcoal

but maybe it's cause i use the wrong brush

it's much cheaper search up l'oreal hip

Gel or cream liner.

L'Oreal HIP makes one that is comparable to MAC Fluidline.
