What is this years forecast on Hurricanes?

is this year supposed to be a harder year? where will most of them land this year.

Same as every year. The media and newscasters will try to make headline news whether justfiable or not.

The latest forecast favors a somewhat above average season, based on the fact that there will be a weakening La Nina, among other factors.  

No forecast is made as to their projected tracks or how many will make a landfall.  There is no forecast model out there that has any skill at doing that.
