"Millie" is a musical set in the 1920's the stage show is based on the movie by the same name with Julie Andrews, Mary Tyler Moore, and Carol Channing. Its about two young girls from the midwest moving to the busy life of New York. Millie who plans to marry her boss a wall street business tycoon who falls for her friend Dorothy instead. Millie dates Jimmy a guy who does not seam to have a penny to his name. The two girls live in a boarding hose run by Mrs. Muir's a fake Chinese women who kidnaps the single girls who come in with no families and sells them to white slavery. I know this sounds wierd but its really funny. Dorothy gets kidnaped Millie and Jimmy save her lots of other stuff happens but you should go see the show. Great music a lot of big dance numbers just one of those sweet fun happy shows. I saw it in New York 5 years ago and loved it.
