I think the first answerer misunderstood.  See 1st site below for a clinic in Mexico city...does not list price, but there is a contact number.     Same for second site for a clinic in Queretero.

If you try to duplicate an American or Canadian lifestyle, the cost will be the same as at home.

In about 7000 US dollars IVF treatment can be availed at a high end hospital in Mexico. If the patient is not nearby to the location of the ivf clinic, the cost will add up for a 15 to 20 days living at the ivf clinic/hospital location city.  

This estimate includes medicines for one cycle. In case the patient has embryo's available from a previous attempt, the cost, time and inconvenience may drastically reduce as the preexisting embryo can be used. FYI The cost in India is about half of that in Mexico!
