  1. Thrust is the the continuous force exerted sideways or downward by one structure on another, e.g. by an arch on an abutment or a rafter against a wall

    Pressure= Force/Area


  2. Thrust is an upward force acted upon an object.While preesure is force per unit area(P=f/a) so preesure(liquid) is measured with a syringe or a siphon.
