What is time? What does make us older? Is it our age within specific time frame or something else??

The cellular processes that lead to the degradation we call "aging" are dependent on how we live, of course.  But all that is happening within a relativistic reference frame as well.  So if you define aging as the predictable degradation of the body over time, then yes, you can age at a different rate than your friend simply by living better or simply by travelling nearer to the speed of light.  Of course, this is merely the material perspective; the soul and mind can be ageless, but that is not a discussion for the "Earth Sciences and Geology" category.
