    To sum things up, tofu is high in tryptohan, manganese, iron, protein, omega 3 fatty acids, and selinium. There are also a few more things tofu has, such as calcium and magnesium. Tofu is extremely good for you especially if you are a vegetarian or a vegan. It's an excellent source of protein and is very delicious, might I add :)
