  1. Go to google and look up BMI scale. It will ask you for your height, weight and tell you if it is ok after processing the information you have given to come up with your BMI.

Basically when it starts to negatively affect your life, your healthy, your ability to do normal everyday things like climb stairs without pulling yourself up using the railing and huffing and puffing.  When your heart and blood pressure are affected by having to deal with too much weight.  When your joints start hurting and not functioning properly.  When you start tipping toward Type 2 diabetes.  Etc.

  6. It really depends on your height. You should ask your doctor.

  7. the healthy weight max is 75kg so over 75 kg is unhealthy and increase heart disease diabeties ect.
