What is tropical depression fay going to do?

we live in south ms. and was wondering what fay was going to do

It is predicted to stall over Southern MS and drop several inches of rain there.

Fay is going to continue to track WNW over the next couple day then make a turn to the north and track along the NC/VA border by Wendsday.
