  1. It's honestly too soon to tell, because most airlines haven't started selling tickets that far out.  Typically, airlines begin selling tickets 330 days (around 11 months) before the departure date, so the earliest you could buy tickets for late June or early July would be towards the end of this month or the beginning of next month.

That being said, barring the random sale, tickets between the east coast of the US and most major airports in Europe can be rather expensive (upwards of $1,000) during the summer, as it is the peak travel season to Europe.  With oil prices as high as they have been this year, don't be surprised if your tickets price that high (or higher) when they actually do go on sale.

  2. Hmm, i don't know if that date has been posted yet on any of the sites but try going to http://www.18ktravel.com

the booking engine has many competitive airlines, but try playing around with the dates to get the best prices.

  3. The absolute cheapest is generally going to be from New York City to London. (try Virgin Atlantic, or Zoom Airlines) But, do keep in mind the time you are looking is THE most expensive time to travel.

  4. It's not an absolute rule, but generally the shorter the flight, the cheaper.  So perhaps consider Boston to Shannon, Ireland.  But unless you find a crazy deal, you're looking at at least $1000 round trip, per person.
