Are they afraid that when they trade Farve to that team that Farve will face the Packers every 2 times a season, are they afraid that Brett Farve will help that team in the NFC North get to the top of the division ahile the packers are in the back, are they afraid that he will want to short of get revenge from the Packers, or they just don't want a packer fan frenzy to stir up whenever Brett Farve plays against the packers?

  1. He might consider the bengals.  They maybe on of the biggest improvements over the last 10 years.

  2. Well Favre does know pretty much everything about how the Packers set up their defence and offence...

  3. Their scared to face Favre. If this would have been a few years back, the Saints could have took him. WHO DAT!!

  4. the answer is D: all of the above.

  5. 1st off... the Saints are my prediction to win the Super Bowl. Jonathan Vilma was once a Jet and being a Jet fan for 15+ years, you got an absolute STEAL in Vilma. Now... your question. Packers know that the Bears are a QB away from being an elite team again. Vikings.... are a QB away from being Super Bowl contenders, and well... the other team dont really matter.... never did, never will. Packers know they will regret it big time if he becomes a Viking

  6. Trade Brett Favre to Tampa Bay for Chris Simms & a 3rd round draft pick.

I live in Green Bay, Wisconsin & love the Packers, but the area of green bay as a whole wont roll out the redcarpet for Brett anymore, ship him out!!

  7. h**l ya they know if they trade him to the vikings they are sb bound

  8. it seems to make excellent sense to me for GB to want to ship him out to any other division since him staying in the North (specifically, with the hated Vikings or Bears) is lose/lose for them

If Minnesota beats them (twice!) with Favre, GB will look like complete idiots for trading him to their arch-rivals

If GB beats Minnesota with Favre, the team won't really get any credit for doing so.

plus, since Favre would be extra motivated, you'd have to think Minnesota would probably win both games...

  9. first of all favre will always be a packer. so they dont want him in a team they face each other twice. especially the vkings beacuse the play the vikings when his number is being retired.

  10. Theyre not going to trade a GOOD player to their own division. Why would they do that when itll hurt their chances of winning the division?
