What is up with Ming Ming's voice? Speech impediment maybe?

Children need to learn how to talk correctly!  As sad as it may be, children learn a lot from the cartoons they watch!  Do you remember Rugrats!  None of the characters on that show knew how to talk either!  Someone needs to teach Ming Ming how to talk for the children of the world!

Most definately, but I think it's used to help the preschoolers understand that nobody needs to be perfect to be good....

Ming Ming has a speech problem. So kids watching Wonder Pets would think it's cute. NOT CUTE!!!

I have to agree that it is not a good model for children.  Unless they are just including a duck who can't say his r's to be inclusive - but those children still need good models. So, I guess my answer is yes.

Ming Ming does have a speech impediment.  R's are not pronounced correctly, just as so many children watching the show.
