i read in the newspaper that theres a chance he wont play on the opener season

The Patriots are giving the backup QBs a chance to play against real opponents.  Brady doesn't need the extra time on the field found in the preseason games.  Plus it's fun to see all the non Patriots fans and opponents wrack their brains trying to figure out what the Patriots are doing. lol

This one is kinda of hard to tell, since Brady's been listed as probable (right shoulder) on the team's injury report since like 2003 but he did not did not play (foot) during the team's preseason game Friday, Aug. 22. Caution was the best option for the team, as they did not want to risk anything with his right foot injury. Plus, the offensive line had injury issues so the team did not want to take any unnecessary chances. He's wearing that air cast he was wearing before the Superbowl last year again, and personally I think he has a stress fracture in his foot, but like I said earlier we probably won't know, and if we do it won't be until the 1st week of the season.

i hope he plays, and loses, but it's not as fun if he's not playing, it's like beating your rivals little brother if he doesn't play, no fun in that
