What is up with comcast?

Question

Ok for some odd reason the cable box will have its lights go off and then the computer says that a cable has been unplugged, when in reality it has not been. It goes on and off and interferes with the telephones too, need help thanks to solve the problem permanently. I recently purchased a new computer, but I doubt that has something to do with it.

Yeah, Comcast is screwy.

I suggest switching services, unfortunately.

I've had only bad experiences with Comcast over the years.
