Question:

What is up with me and my eating?

Okay so about a week before I was going to start Highschool I began feeling not hungry what so ever. And if I was hungry, I would crave fruits, veggies, and anything healthy as well as no meat what so ever. I was not nervous and since I have started school and still feel the same way. I also have a strong urge to workout... such as running, walking, and going to the gym. I have no idea why... and I feel different! Also, since I have to wake up so early for Highschool, I have been getting maybe 4 hours of sleep at the most each night. I feel drained but towards mid day I feel really hyper and ready to go. What is going on with me? It has been a week and a half since I started school. I am 14, a freshman, and have not started my period. What's wrong? (If anything) Or am I normal and my eating habits, styles, and living style has just changed drastically...?

  1. No idea...but if you are going to work out and only getting 4 hours of sleep a day, then you need to be eating more.


  2. Your fine, peoples taste buds change all the time.  You are just maturing and going through puberty.  As for the 4 hours of sleep definitley need to change that to 8 hours, even if that means going to bed at (oh boooy)....nine
