  1. if i remember correctly, there has only been one successful takeover bid for any single-letter ticker company listed on the NYSE (AT&T).  i could be wrong, but i think one of my finance professors in college told me this.

so 1 in 100+ years should say something about the future of any stock with only 1 letter in it's ticker.

  2. I have no information about the company, but from their chart it seems they are going toward being a penny stock. They are still in a sell territory from a technical analysis point of view.

They may soon test their 2004 lows around $2.70. There should be a problem with their business model or profit generation capacity, sales ...

The stock looks like an ailing man that miraculously survived the tech bubble.

  3. You should stick to quality in both your stocks and your girl friends.

  4. This company has a total debt of $14.25 billion.  While its market capitalization based on its stock price is $6.6 billion.

And this company's quaterly profits are declining by 34.6%.

This company has a lot of debt and its profits are declining.  It's possible that this company won't be able to repay its debt.   And it will have to declare bankruptcy.
