  1. I have the same problem, just another stupid Yahoo blooper that the ''experts'' won't solve until it's too late.

  2. yahoo 360 is full of glitches right now and i doubt they will be fixed seeing there is talk it will close soon.

  3. What size is the picture you are using? If it is a really large picture and they allow up to 5 MB it could affect your image I suppose. png files don't do very well when you change their format. It is usually a photo that has layers of pictures and transparencies over it.. but that should not make it behave that way.. But it sure sounds like their photo uploader has not cropped it down and is trying to post the entire thing doesn't it?

With Yahoo always flipping the amount of server we have to work with on that site around to hither and yon .. it is just no way I could tell you it is one certain thing or another... lots of questions have been posted about people having trouble with their id photos the last 4 or 5 days, so I would figure it to be a bug or error in your page Id images.

They posted a new 360 product blog this morning about the new platform they are planning for here.. and promised more information to us this week... so could be they are working more on the new stuff and have remover more of our server to use.

lol.. I am just guessing friend.. if it were me in your shoes.. the first thing I would do is clean out my browser history .. and close the browser and then reopen it... see if you have a corrupt file or cookie messing you up. or one of you addon active x 's has downloaded something that is s******g it up.. if it is that .. cleaning out the cache will fix it..

If it didn't work when I reopened the browser and logged back onto yahoo.. I would change the picture for sure.. it is not worth the hassle you are facing.
