What is upscale attire for club? - NY?

I am going to the club show and party at DUVET in NY next week. And it's dress code is "Upscale Attire". What exactly does this mean for women? Should I wear cocktail dress?

Is there any chance for tight jeans or black pants with fancy sleeveless top?

They said regular club wear will be fine, the dress code is just to make sure guys don't come under dressed, not so much the girls, jsut wear somethign s**y.

What should I wear in this case?
