We just used a cigarette lighter.

<edit> We usesd to use the candle lighter in the last question too. I can't think of the technical name. The hard part was having it stay lit as you walk down the isle. Now the Episcopal church I used to go to is so small they just use a lighter. The candle lighter has a technocal name. I want to call it a lictor.
