my friend always says she is going to volleyball condition and i look like i'm confused as if shes specking in spanish haha.

  1. im a volleyball player myself...and basically instead of working on actual skills you use in a game (ie. bumping, hitting, setting, digging, blocking...) you work on training you body for strength and endurance.

    volleyball conditioning workouts usually consist of...

    LOTS of running. lifting weights. all kinds of stretches. and different drills to help build core strength (abs), arms & legs.

    hope i helped! i kinda know how ya feel...ALOT of my friends that dont know much about the sport are usually confused when i talk about different things like that. :]


  2. conditioning is when you get in shape for a sport!  :D    Volleyball conditioning in particular will require a lot of running (lots), arm exercises, weightlifting, and lots of stretches...
