  1. The best tribal casino in WA is probably Muckleshoot in Auburn (it's also the biggest). But the best place to play cards are the card-rooms in La Center, near Vancouver.

    I haven't been to any of the casinos in Eastern Washington, though. I hear there are a couple good ones near Spokane.

    Spirit Mountain, just west of Portland is also a decent place to play poker. And Wild Horse Casino in Pendleton has the best tournaments during their "Roundups" which happen three times a year.
