  1. Clinical Laboratory Science/Medical Technology, i was trained in all laboratories in a hospital and forensics. i got so many job offers out of school but i decided to take a job at the #1 hospital Johns Hopkins. now i make great money and can go anywhere now! i was really lucky as most people i graduated with did not find jobs due to thier major. like my roomate was a music major and never did find a job.

  2. Computer Science

"Computer science (or computing science) is the study and the science of the theoretical foundations of information and computation and their implementation and application in computer systems.[1][2][3] Computer science has many sub-fields; some emphasize the computation of specific results (such as computer graphics), while others relate to properties of computational problems (such as computational complexity theory). Still others focus on the challenges in implementing computations. For example, programming language theory studies approaches to describing computations, while computer programming applies specific programming languages to solve specific computational problems. A further subfield, human-computer interaction, focuses on the challenges in making computers and computations useful, usable and universally accessible to people."

  3. Digital Arts and Film

  4. Chemistry and Biochemistry.

I've always had a passion for science so this is definitely a good fit for me. I'm also pursuing a mathematics minor, and am a pre-medical student.

  5. Philosophy.

It teaches you how to think not what to think...

  6. First started with a double major (Business Management and Philosophy) and a double minor (Political Science and Psychology). Then once I graduated, I decided to take the extra time and turn those minors into majors. So I ended up with four bachelor's degrees from CU.

Then I went onto DU's Sturm College of Law and Daniel's College of Business at DU to complete my J.D. and MBA (final semester).

  7. Music, specializing in Music Education and Flute Performance

I'm certified to teach K-12 Music for the state of Illinois. I had to take courses in instrumental methods, teaching/lesson planning, assessment, music theory, ear training, music history, private lessons, perform with at least one ensemble per semester, meet state requirements for my "in the field experiences," take profiency exams, in addition to my general studies.

Music Performance...kinda the same deal as my Music Ed degree, but much more focused on preparing oneself for an orchestral career.  I had to perform a senior recital, as well as take an extra piano class and music history course.

In the next few years, I"m looking at pursuing Performing Arts Administration for a Master's degree.
