  1. Wealth is what I don't have, so it doesn't serve any purpose in my life :D


  2. I think it depends on how you define wealth. If you are thinking in monetary forms, it provides a sense of purpose for some. For others wealth is about experiences, people, interactions, everything in their life that brings love and hope. I think of myself as a very wealthy person. I am close to my family, have good friends, I am able to give to others, and I am happy. I don't have lots of money, but I am fulfilled. I am wealthy with love and spirit and these serve a great purpose in my life and impact me on a daily basis. I would like to think it is the source of my goodness. Money, it keeps a roof over my head, food on the table, and funds some creature comforts. Money isn't the source of my wealth.

  3. it allows you to buy a computer and find a place to e-mail folks and ask any question in the universe - and maybe have it answered to your satisfaction - like, what purpose does wealth actually serve

  4. WEALTH IS NEEDED . IT'S A GREAT PART OF LIFE . WITHOUT IT , ONE WOULD HAVE EVEN LESS PEACE OF MIND . PEACE OF MIND IS ESSENTIAL FOR A  HEALTHY , HAPPY , LONG LIFE.

  7. wealth has many different meanings to many different people.  to one it may mean financial wealth with which, they believe, brings security, comfort, nice things, high status and social class.  wealth to another may mean they are rich in friendship and family which brings love, compassion, caring, sharing, helping each other, and support.  wealth has many purposes, you just have to specify which sort of wealth and how you translate it's meaning.  of course not everyone sees wealth in a good sense.  wealth can aslo mean greed, cold-heartedness, dog-eat-dogdom, evil, and cruelness.  it just depends on how you look at it.
