What is whiped cream made of?

like is it made of some fat from animals or sumthing?..

cause i bought a mocha frapp from starbucks nd mixed the whip cream w/ the mocha frapp, then when i drank it there was like fatty stuff on the upper part f my mouth...what?

  1. Depends on the brand and the source!! My friends' dad has a bakery and while he uses freshly whipped regular cream for his cakes , to make extra cash he sells coffees and the whipped cream he puts on them comes from a machine that you put milk, water and oil in to make "whipped cream ", it's called an aerator in the catering trade and is standard industry machinery!


  2. milk (mainly cream) and sugar, and its "whipped" to mix air in to make it foamy/frothy/thick

  3. Heavy Cream or Whipping Cream (as sold in a supermarket) whipped to incorporate air and a few tablespoons of sugar (per cup of cream).    I also add a little vanilla.
