  1. The easiest way is to buy a wireless router (802.11b/g/n), but if you have two computers with wireless network adapters, you can also create a computer-to-computer network.

There isn't a monthly fee, but you need to understand that this network will only allow you to access the data on one computer from another. It won't let you access the internet, unless of course you pay an internet service provider (ISP) for DSL or cable modem access. In that case, you can share the internet connection using the wireless network.

  2. Wireless network is another way to connect your pc or laptop to the internet.

You would have to pay for a internet access from an ISP. Which should then provide you with a wireless router. If you have a laptop chances are it already has a wirless nic installed. If you have a PC more than likely you'll need either a wireless PCI card or a wireless usb card.

  3. a wireless network just means you don't have to have a physical line to from the wall to your computer.  your computer, like a cell phone, gets the information without wires.  To obtain your network wirelessly you would yes have to have a wireless router and no there is no fee for this service just pay for the wireless router.
