What is with HBW????

I keep seeing HBW written on pictures on flick. I know it stands for Happy Bokeh Wednesday but why do people keep posting pictures with HBW written in them?? Thanks!!

  1. There was a contest that they were having for the Happy Bokeh Wednesday group in Flicker and one of the requirements for the contest was that they had to incorporate HBW in the photo.  


  2. Bokeh is the out-of-focus blur in the background. There's a bokeh Wednesday group on Flickr for this. Why Wednesday I don't know.
