What is with the bugs??

When I am mowing my lawn, I run over patches of long grass and a swarm of white bugs comes up. This happens all the time. It has gotten so bad that I am forced to carry bug spray with me while I mow the lawn. It keeps getting worse. Someone please help me before I cant mow my lawn at all. Is there a way to get rid of these things, or something to keep them from swarming me (don't say bug repellent, it doesn't work)

You didn't mention the size of the bugs.  If they're pretty small, they could be whiteflies, which are just a seasonal problem.  If they're larger, they could be termites, and you should call a professional to get rid of them.  You could call a pest service and ask for a free consultation, just so you know what you're dealing with.  Good luck.
