What is with the general managers? is there a point in them?

Every 3 months there seems to be a new one can't the writing staff make just one GM for each brand and keep it that way its just unimaginative story lining thinking to shake things up you need a change of power would it be better if the McMahon's just took over the whole WWE or just got rid of everything and let the inmates run the asylum i mean it is not like the GMs have any real power

Long will stay, Vickie stayed a lot longer than that, Adamle won't, unpopularity, that is why.

actually the GM's do have some power they do get to make matches and the mcmahon's dont have time to be on the three shows so they just hired people to take control when **** starts getting bad.

Not now as their heyday seemed to be during the post Attitude Era with the likes of Ric Flair, Eric Bischoff, Stephanie McMahon and Paul Heyman.They held no real power as Vince storylined matches and feuds and were just the "personalities" who did the promos, in-ring segments and announced matches.It's the same with Adamle who's just another WWE employee with no real influence.
