None of my local dealerships can get enough of them in stock. Is there something I don't know about them?

  1. They're reliable, easy to repair if they do break down, great gas mileage,

  2. They are cheap, and really good on gas.  I bought a 2003 (yes 2003!) 5-speed manual base model for $2500!!

It had 80,000 miles on it and ran great!  I just spend $300 bucks for a new fuel pump and that was the only problem I had with it.  I got 30+ mpg and sold it a year later for the same price with 101,000 miles on it!

People are looking for cheap cars that get good gas mileage.

Other cars to look into are:

    Ford Escort ZX2

    Ford Focus ZX3

    Dodge Neon

    Toyota Corolla

Honda Civic (although some people seem to think $7k is good for a car with over 100,000 miles on it, unless they give you a warranty, why waste your money)

All these cars are cheap cars they get 30+ mpg.  And they are in demand now.

  3. Um where can i start. Im not a fan of them of them but i do give credit when credit is due. Body kits, spoilers, hoods, and all exterior mods are among the cheapest. Performance wise u have a lot to choose from. u can put all camaro upgrades but that pricy. the most common thing that i have seen is a monte carlo engine and the monte carlo ss supercharger.

  4. Cheap, made in America, get reasonably good mileage. Buy a truck, there are plenty of those in stock.

    Expensive, get poor mileage.....

  5. GAS GAS GAS   32 MPG never sounds better

  6. They are cheap. A lot of people used to bad mouth them until GM replaced them with the Cobalt. Then they realized that the Cavalier and the Sunfires weren't so bad after all. In my area all the Cavaliers and Sunfires are disappearing from the dealer lots and going to the city dealers. And the prices have risen slightly on private sales too.

  7. Reliable, good mileage, poor resale.  All that means you can buy a good car cheap.

  8. Well, seeing as how the last Cavalier was a 2005 model, maybe there just aren't any Cavaliers left to sell?
