What is working at Red Lobster like?

i was thinking about applying there and i was just wondering what the job was like. o yea i would be applying for a job as a hostess or a server.

My cousin worked there and she made a lot of money in tips. She said it really takes a hard worker...but if you are up to making a lot of money in a night then thats the job for you!!

they are a great company to work for, and tips are good.  I work for a sister restaurant and support my family on it.  It is somewhat hard, but more about multi tasking and always smiling.  If you like people and enjoy talking while doing ten other things you can do it.  They will completely train you, even if you have never carried a tray before!
