What is worse Public Indecency or DUI?

I got charged with Public Indecency and Underage Consumption for something that I should have gotten a warning for.

What is worse Public Indecency + Underage Drinking or a DUI?

Penalties for public indecency can be more harsh because (depending on the offense) you can be required to register as a s*x offender.

Generally a DUI (1st time, without accident/injury) will result in probation and a fine.

Public Indecency is much worse. You get charged with a s*x offense and then you will have to registrar as a s*x offender.  Then everyone will assume you're a pedophile or rapist

My god, you sound like you didnt deserve to be charged. If your dumb enough to drink under 21, then take off your clothes in public, act like being charged was unfair, and then wonder if nudity is worse than driving under the influence, then you should really stay off the bottle. Jesus...

In PA:

Open lewdness is a misdemeanor, 3rd degree

Purchase, Consumption, or transportaion of liquor, or malt, or brewed beverages is a summary and your license will be suspended for 90 for 1st offense

DUI while underage will result in imprisonment of not less than 48 hrs, fine of not less than $500 nor more than $5000, attend alcohol highway safety course, comply with all drug and alcohol treatment requirements, 12 to 18 months suspended license, possible 150 hrs of community service

Take a guess on which one is the more serious offense.

DUI is worse. I don't know anyone that ever died by seeing a boob.
