    We should pay for our own mistakes.

    War is authorized by the Constitution, Social Security is not.

  7. With the exception of Iraq, every other war in human history has been paid for with increased taxation, mostly on the wealthy aristocrisy, since the wealthy aristocrisy has the most to gain from war, whether it be new land, resources, or profit.
