I am referring to the Spanish Christians in the 1500's and what they did to the city of Tenochtitlan.

  1. Both are tragic, but will go with Buddhist statues, because would have like to have seen them the most.

  2. The Taliban knew about the statues, as did many people of our day.

The Spanish were clueless about the effects of the viruses on the people and they did everything for a profit.

The Taliban are simply evil, with a miss guided believe that they have a right to destroy all art, beauty and all other religions.

  3. Well, both are essentially the same. The Spanish would have blown up monuments if they could have. They were brutal. Excellent question by the way----I read about some of those heinous acts by the Spanish in Fingerprints of the Gods by Graham Hancock. If you haven't read it, pick it up. It will blow your mind.

  4. i would go vid  d first one

  5. How can we say which is worse?  They are the same kind of behavior, thugs destroying an inspiring work of construction.

  6. The history say that the Mexicas were so cruel with other tribes which they atacked, killed and stolen their wealth So Spanish were too much indeed helped by tlaxcaltecas the rival tribe of Mexicas. Mexicas killed people as an ofering to their gods, They cut people tongues and they tore out their hearts and put it  over a stone. Buddhist  people didn't.

  7. God should be more involved with religion.

  8. they r both very bad!!!but if i should choose one i say the frist!
