What is worse driving on a suspended license or driving with a no valid license? ?

I am just confused because my license was suspended a few months back went to court paid my fines and now it's non valid. Whats the deal?

Beside the money you paid to the courts, you have to go to the dmv and pay some more money to have it reinstated. Been there as well.
