What is worse for health xanax/valium or alcohol?

I take a very low dose of valium & it kinda helps, Umm i drink a glass or two of wine every now & then but i think xanax is the worst, more risk of addiction. Take care sweetie!

all are habit forming but for totally s******g up mind AND body then alcohol is the worst.

hard lessons make me quite the expert. i'd stay away from them all!

I've been on Valiums and they didn't help or hurt me. I'm now on Xanax and though it's habit forming I've never been addicted. Alcohol is never a good idea. Though I know of a lot of ppl who are addicted to both Xanax and Valiums so certain people can't take them. And of course there are always alcholics. I still think Alcohol is worse. But never combine alcohol with a xanax or valium!!
