What is wrong, painful rash or something?

I went to sleep last night and just had the most itchy feeling. The funny thing is it is on my downstairs. It is physically on my p***s. I know it is not herpes or an std, since I havent had any contact like that. I have been house sitting and the people have a dog. Could it be a flea bite, or just another kind of bug bite? It itches a bunch, and it is swollen. It really kills and I dont know what to do. I cant sleep its so irritating. Shittt

You can get a flea bite there or anywhere, though usually flea bites are on your ankels and feet.  Have you sat with the dog on your lap for example?  If it is not better tomorrow you might want to get it checked out.  If it is a flea bite it should be better in a day or so.  In the meantime, have a bath with baking soda in it.  That might help.
