Not really my chest but the upper right side of my body the opposite side that the heart is on. I know it's not a heart attack because it's on the other side but it does scare me. Does anyone know what it could be?

  1. Heart attacks and strokes its the opposite side that the pain comes from.  For example right brain, left side.  You definately want to get it checked, it may even be anxiety they can give you something for.

  2. It could be pneumonia. I had chest pain and ended up in the e.r. for pneumonia. Have it checked by a doctor.
