seems like he is out of it. just saw his interview on espn at the brickyard. seems like he is drugged out or something. anyone else see it?

  2. how many questions like do we have to answer? junior isnt talkative he is an introvert would rather keep to himself, race the race and go home and hang out with some friends... and depending on who was interviewing him he may not have felt comfortable... junior doesn't like interviews

  3. NOT SURE I dont understand why almost ALL nascar fans hero is A DRUNK HILLBILLY who can barely finish a SENTENCE without looking like he JUST ran a marathon. AND THEN we have to listen to their dumb reasons for it.

  4. the pause came after a question of how would it feel to win and be the only father-son to have won here...I really thought it caught him off guard.  And I don't think he feels his chances to win today are so great.  He seemed more tired than anything...not at all drugged...there is a difference in the looks.

  5. It's called concentration which he has stated in other interviews that just before a race he is concentrating on the race and really doesn't like to be bothered but he is also obligated to talk to the media so it is what it is!

  11. Ever been to the Brickyard?  It's a big track, a big race and miserably hot this time of year.  I'd say between trying to get ready and walking around in that fire retardant suit for an hour before the race would have him a little uninterested in doing interviews.

    On the other hand, Tony Stewart had on sunglasses and was grinning like he had the munchies just a few seconds ago.  Maybe some of the drivers got together to burn a fatty before the race.   I hope not.

  14. he hates the media so he tries to ward them away with boring, dull interviews but they just never leave him alone.

  15. He's always like that.  I think he's a little slow.  You should see him after a race out west where it's really really.  They interview some of the drivers and they're all fine, but when they interview Jr. he can barely stand up.  He's in terrible shape.

Has to be total embarrassment for the little rich guy..Kyle has destroyed Jr's ego, stolen what slim bit of thunder he could muster..cannot dwell in the beautiful sight of beer cans being thrown at legitimate drivers anymore..class act fans for sure..being part of  a great organization and working with class drivers like Jimmie and Jeff is embarrassing for him ..can't expect him to hold his head up too high... does sell lots of t-shirts and trinkets tho.,

  19. He is always like that and does it purpose too.  I think he just does not like to answer questions but NASCAR forces him to do so.  He sounds lethargic so the interview does not go longer than one or two questions.  Ever notice that?
