What is wrong with McCain's left jaw? ?

Is that a result of his beatings in prison, something to do with one of his cancer bouts, or what? I don't mean to be mean or disrespectful, but I'd like to know.

i don't believe anything is wrong with his jaw. the problem is that he has a lump on the left side of his cheek from where doctors removed cancer cells.
