try to play the game with multiplayer and confirm the wifi is working fine.

if your wifi is ok, then try to unplug the memory stick, pull the power button for 5-7 sec for shout down. then restart your psp. try to scan again and see what happen.

re-flash the firmware may help to resolve the issue.

else, you may need to suspect the wifi have problem.
