What is wrong with it?

My camry shakes and the wheel vibrates at red lights and stop sings. its not too bad but i notice it..

is it bad alignment or (would be my first choice) you have the front brake disc with damage (scratches), if it happens breaking, is the second, if it happens in speed would be the first.

It is common for this car to vibrate at stops in gear. There was a service bulletin about 12 years ago for this very problem. Your car is WAY out of warranty though. Besides the fix wasn't all that great in the first place. It involved replacing 2 motor mounts, 2 radiator mounts, and the radiator hoses. If You're really interested in spending about $1,000 to have a not so great repair, Let a dealer know that You're interested in the steering wheel vibration TSB from about '95

Simply put, your car is past it's prime and now is in the stage of it's life were it's not perfect any more. I'd say all you can do about this is have a tune up and if that doesn't fix it ask a trust worthy mechanic what they think it is. I'm pretty sure it needs a tune up and maybe it needs to be timed. Thats all though.
