I mean they idolize Miley Cyrus aka Hannah Montana that is not all they say is the best singer ever in the world makes me think

Than ABBA must be the worst band ever sick just sick.

See can't sing i listen to her she stole the one in a million from Gun's N' Roses or Bosson and what she "Rocks" man what is wrong.

and all are 10-15-18-19-years old W.T.H Avril and Pink are better role Model and if you say something call you hater i would never let my kid have a bad role model if i'm gone have one

And the act is terrible and Disney sucks now .

well, they idolize miley cyrus is because they like her songs and they reckon she's cool and c**p. but i dun like her bcoz people like her and it becomes they're idol. *im not sure if i make sense just then*. and people have their own sort of choices and when they start to like famous stars and stuff, they go crazy and seem to buy or get their hands on stuff that has them on it.

i C O M P L E T E L Y agree with you. im 14 and im thinking the same thing. why her?? i mean, there are a lot of better singers. everybody looks up to her and stuff. i have no idea why. and they say she "Rocks"? what happened to rocking out like Bon Jovi or Metallica or ACDC, Guns n' Roses, and whatever? they obviously dont know "rock".. :P

Your just stereotyping teenagers. Not all of them idolize Hannah Montana.

I'm 14 years old, and one of my favorite bands is Guns N' Roses. I don't watch disney channel or idolize any of the people who are on it.

I hate it when people think just 'cause I'm a teenager I idolize people like that, 'cause I don't.

No I don't think that that many people idolize people like Hannah Montana excluding little kids in primary school. Not many people I know like them.

I'm 15 and I can't be arsed with the mainstream c**p so I just stick to underground bands with real talent.

I'm 14 and i don't idolize Hannah Montanna or Jonas Sisters. I think it's the cheesiest pop ever, and i think it's aimed at pre teens.  It's got as much substance as The Wiggles, lmao.

I can understand kids aged about 9, 10, 11, liking it. I mean, they're just kids, and it's (very) simple, sugary music that's at their level. They won't understand proper music. It's like expecting a toddler to listen to Metallica or Led Zeppelin, they're too young to 'get it'. So if a 10 year old enjoys the Jonas Brothers, fine. If i was 10, i might like them.

But when people at my age, like 14, 15 plus, listen to it, i can't help but think they're sad & immature! It makes them look stupid. You're old enough to appreciate proper music by now. I'm 14, and proud to say i'm a Nirvana fanatic.

Well, im 13 years young and I really dislike Miley Cyrus or "Hannah Montana" as you would call her. I also dislike The Jonas Brothers. All those teens and little kids are so blinded by all the attention these stars get that they only focus on them. While real artists dont get any credit for their great work.

People dont believe me when I tell them I like bands such as The Beatles, Queen, AC/DC, The Who, Led Zeppelin, and so on.

Honestly, I did have my time when I thought Miley Cyrus was great. And then I just noticed how blind I was. And def. lol.

Disney is becoming more difficult to like now. I still enjoy some disney movies where none of the disney channel stars are in.

Did anyone else notice how many time Miley Cyrus has gotten in trouble and keeps apoligizing as if we care? I understand that people make mistakes. But 5 in a row? I thought we as people are supposed to learn from those mistakes.

Anyways, all I can say is if the media put some attention on real talented people, maybe this world would be a happier place.

Yeah, i know... it's sick. i went to see little Charlotte for her 8th birthday, and hannah Monatna was all she could talk about... maybe it was because i haven't seen her in so long, she's got obsessed.

i'm 13, by the way, and, i luckily, listen to real music. What worries me is, what if in so amny hundreds of years, the classic, good music is completely forgotten? oh, dear God?!

Just remember like NSYNC, Backstreet Boys, Menudo, Ricky Martin, Billy Ray Cyrus-etc...they got there 15mins and poof they are gone and so will Hannah Montana, those Cheetah Chicks, the r****d boy twins from Suite life, the Olsen twins.
