What is wrong with me!? Any doctors here?

I just went on a cruise to mexico...and a couple days after, I got sick...i got diarrhea, abdominal pain, and a headache...and then 3 days later I was better....and then yesterday (which was 5 days after I was better) i got constipated and now today I have abdominal cramping (bad) and diarrhea.....AND.....a couple days ago I notcied white dashes in my p**p.....so I thought i had pinworms but that is gone now!! Am I still sick from mexico, do I have a worm parasite infection? WHAT IS WRONG WITH ME??? HELP PLEASE!

you probably just have the stomach flu  because most people arent used to what other people in other parts of the world eat so when they come back their bodies were just getting used to the other food but then you start eating the food in your country its a big change for your body

i went to India and when i came back i had the same symptoms but then it stopped

you should try KAOPECTATE it work really well

Sounds like you could have worms, but there are many things that can cause those symptoms. The best advice is to see your doctor. Whatever it is she/he can make sure you get the right treatment.
