Question:

What is wrong with me?! (Migrane...?)?

I accidentally overdosed on medication when I was extremely sick. (It was only 4 pills, but apparently I can't handle that much. It was morphine.) Anyways, I received a spinal tap and after that everything went screwy.

There's a steady annoying static sound in my ears.

I can't remember what I did today or where I am sometimes. It's even horrible to the point I can't even remember my last name when I'm asked. Basically, I have EXTREMELY poor memory when I used to have the best out of my family.

Then there's the main thing. THE TERRIBLE HEADACHES! There's rarely a time when I'm without them and god it's so awful I can't even believe it. It's not a throb or an ache - it's a STAB. A hard repetitive stab like somebody is knifing me in my temple. It varies from being in the back of my eye, head, basically anywhere on the right side. I find myself crying out (and I'm a VERY strong girl) or keeping still because it feels as though the slightest movement will offset a hurricane of pain. I am not exaggerating; it really is this horrible.

Do you have any advice or idea as to what could be wrong with me?

  1. you know, you should go to the doctor. i'm sorry but i have no idea what could be going on.  i suffer from migraines and i know it's so horrible. migraines really are as bad as you are describing - they last for days, weeks sometimes.... i take a prescription for them.... and it usually works.
