Question:

What is wrong with me is this normal?

okay everytime i sit down for a bit like 10 mins or 15 or longer when i get up i get dizzy and my vision cuts out a bit.. what can i do to make this stop and i also fainted/passed out in school today

  1. that happens when i am hungry. start taking a multivitamin and eat a good breakfast


  2. I'm not joking or anything but maybe your standing up too fast?

    When your about to stand up, try getting up slowly and see if that makes any difference.

Well Are You Eating Enough because it sounds Like Low blood sugar.. because that happens to me too..And With Slim People Their blood sugar drops Really Fast.. try to Avoid...Things with Sugar and eating Banana's which have potassium and natural Sugars..And When you stand up quickly it causes your heart Rate To sky rocket so try standing up lower because your body needs time to adjust to the Change so your blood doesn't rush to your brain so quickly. :)

  7. no.  it is not normal.  it could have  something to do with your blood pressure, blood sugar.    you must see a doctor so he can check it out for you.

    in the meantime, try getting up more slowly.  it is also possible that you have an inner ear infection or vertigo.  passing out is a serious warning sign.  maybe you should consider going to the emergency room.  tell your parents right now and let them help you.  whatever you do, don't drive with this going on.

  8. no this is not normal at all the same thing happens to me all the you should see a doctor it can be that you have and extreme vertigo or you have blood sugar i think u should see a doctor as soon as possible and you should try and drink some more water.

  10. stop taking any soft drinks and alcohal.start taking fresh water at least 2 liters a day.you have heat in your body so try to cool down. when you feel normal again then you can start taking two times coffie or tea. if you like .but write way stop all the food those produces anty body eliments. add more green veg in your dite. meat is also harmful because that takes much time to digest.  thanks.
