  1. You've bipolar disorder, probably.

  2. I feel this way a lot too.  It sounds like from your post that you are young.  A lot of why you feel these ups and downs could be hormones.  Have you noticed you get that way more at your "time of the month"?  Some teenagers can have something called PMDD- premenstrual dysmorphic disorder.  Which is basically heavy mood swings and depression around your menstrual cycle.  If this doesn't sound like you, then it could be a form of rapid cycling bi-polar disorder.  But from what I understand, rapid cycling every other day is rare.  I feel similar mood swings, for a few days I'll get down, and then I'll be feeling good again soon and for a few more days or weeks.  It could just be the roller coaster of life taking you for a spin.  If you are ever having thoughts of hurting yourself or others, or if you are not sleeping when you are "up" and have racing thoughts, please seek help!  Good luck.

  3. it's good that you recognize something isn't just right.  You should go see your doctor for a diagnosis.  Good luck.
